Ocean Course | Kiawah Island, SC.
Located at the Eastern end of Kiawah Island, Chris and the Pete Dye Team created the world famous Ocean Course along 2 3/4 miles of pristine oceanfront property. Architect of record: Pete Dye; Golf Course Type: Resort Year built: 1990.
     Thracian Cliffs | Sofia, Bulgaria
This fantastic site is locatd on the Black Sea and part of a high end resort.  Working in conjunction with Braemar Golf, we provided on site construction management to ensure the project would develop in a timely and cost effective manner.  Project Architect: Jeff Lawrence. Whistling Straits, Irish Course | WI.
It is part of 72 holes of the most diverse golf experience in the world. Chris Lutzke, working with the Pete Dye Team, built the features that make this course a masterpiece. Architect of record:  Pete Dye; Golf Course Type: Resort:  Year Built:  1998.
Colleton River-Dye | Hilton Head, SC.

Eagle Eye | Lansing, MI.  
As part of the Hawk Hollow complex, Eagle Eye is a visually stunning transformation of a former sod farm and cornfield into a British/Irish link style layout designed by Chris Lutzke.  Architect of Record: Chris Lutzke  Year Built:  2003.
Moose Ridge Golf Club | South Lyon, MI.
The site is only 160 acres, but we were able to route and design the course that fit the landscape like a glove. This allowed the course to be built on a very reasonable budget. Project Architect: Paul Albanese. Architect of Record Ray Hearn. Year Built: 2000. 
Nemacolin Woodlands | Farmington, PA.

Grand Harbor | Vero Beach, FL.

Barefoot Landing-Dye G.C | Myrtle Beach, SC.
