Scope of Work: Restoration of classic style bunkers

We decided to use the same method to build bunkers as Langford did in the 1920's -- using a horse and pull scraper.

Shaping a bunker with a horse allowed a great appreciation for why Golden Age bunkers have the forms they do.

These were Belgium Horses that were accustomed to plowing fields all day. We
like to think they had fun too.

These horses had a lot of power -- about 1 HP each.

The horses worked in tandem.
We were amazed at how the horses knew not to trampled the greens.

In addition to using old style methods to build -- we also used modern technology to show the members what their course would look like with restored bunkers.
