Hugh is a multi-faceted individual, whilst retaining his professional status as a golf teaching pro, he has pursued and developed a career in Design and Golf Architecture. Having studied in Edinburgh a degree in Design followed by a Postgraduate Masters Degree in Golf Architecture. has provided Hugh with an unrivalled understanding of the game of golf.  

Having lived and worked much of his career in Fife, Scotland (the recognised "Home of Golf"), Hugh has been able to study, play and understand many of the worlds greatest golf courses. Together with playing all over the world, his knowledge and passion for Golf courses and their design is clear to all who work with him.

Hugh is an associate designer with Albanese & Lutzke focusing on the European projects and operations.
