TAM-O-SHANTER WAS A CLASSIC GOLF COURSE PLAGUED BY DRAINAGE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY POOR SOIL CONDITIONS AND SURROUDING DEVELOPMENTAL GROWTH.  THE ABOVE PHOTO SHOWS THE 13TH HOLE WHICH WOULD STAY SATURATED FOR MANY DAYS AFTER A RAIN EVENT

AFTER CREATING AN EXTENSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE DRAINAGE PLAN, THE GOLF COURSE CAN BE PLAYED BEFORE ANY OF THE OTHER COURSES IN THE REGION.THE ABOVE PHOTO SHOWS THE 13TH HOLE, WITH A NEW DRAINAGE POND FUNCTIONING AS STRATEGIC ELEMENT.

BELOW ARE THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED SKETCHES AND A PICTURE OF THE FINAL BUNKERS
