Hunters Ridge is an absolute diamond in the rough - no pun intended - and has become a favorite track among golf enthusiasts in the region.   This golf course was constructed within a budget that might seem inconceivable at first, yet now the Owners provide a top shelf product for a very affordable rate. Through careful, innovative and meticulous design, Hunters Ridge was created from a cornfield and diary pasture - part of the Miesle Family Farm, which was over 100 years old. Joe, Janet, Mike and Vicki still reminisce about walking amongst the cows to find the 8 th tee, and seeing string from the old fashioned hip chain strewn throughout the site.  

Hunters Ridge is a case study in how to achieve greatness on a limited budget.   By utilizing the natural landforms, and paying particular attention to the routing of the golf course, it is possible to create wonderful golf for reasonable budgets - and Hunters Ridge is a manifestation of this principle.
